As a sought after business and executive coach, she specializes in strategic operations alignment and executive coaching.  Santi has worked in Europe, Asia, and the Americas and speaks English, Spanish, Indonesian and Malay. She holds a BA in Computer Science and a MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
